We thank you for your active participation at Picnic & Sport 2015 held recently.
We are happy to inform you that the Annual Function of Genius Kids is scheduled on 08th March 2015,
at Science City Mini Auditorium and would like to inform you the
following points and seek your cooperation & support for the success
of the function;
- We want all the Kids( All classes) to perform at the function and hence you are requested to ensure that your kid is regular to school for the rehearsal purpose. Please note that IT IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL KIDS.
- To cover the cost of Dress & other requirements, an amount of Rs.650/- should be paid at school office by 21st February 2015.
Ensure the following;
- The function dress of your ward should be collected from school office between 2nd – 4th March, Time: 11- 4PM.
- Kindly reach the function venue by 08.30 AM on 08.03.2015.DON’T BE LATE PLEASE.
- Do reach the venue on time with your ward completely dressed(function dress) with basic make up done at your end.
- Please provide a bag containing water bottle, 2 Huggies / Nappy, set of 10 black hair clip, set of 5 safety pin and one set of extra dress. Do not forget to write name of your ward on the bag and each item including the shoe.
- Please note that no child will be handed over to anyone without Child’s Identity Card, so do not forget to carry the I Card of your ward.
- We request you to immediately collect your ward from back stage after your wards performance. Please do not leave the hall till the program ends. All Kids will be required on stage for participating in the Final event and hence you should stay back with your kid till that event.
For Parents of Kids who have been selected for High Schools- You should provide one set of Dress (White Upper and Black Lower) and one Red colour silk Scarf (Size- 2feet / 2feet) for the Convocation ceremony.
Entry Pass can be collected from school between 26th February to 4th March. Please note that each child is eligible for entry pass for mother & father / two persons only. For any additional entry pass, please contact school office in advance as the same are limited.
